What is your refund policy?

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note this excludes the items detailed below (individually sized rings, personalised jewellery and earrings) 

 What items are excluded from your refund policy and why?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Personalised jewellery 
  • Individually sized rings
  • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

Our values are rooted in sustainable and ethical practices, all personalised pieces are made bespoke to eliminate waste. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on the tailored items listed above.

 I ordered the wrong size, can you resize my ring?

If you have ordered the wrong ring size, please contact us to arrange resizing. This service usually takes 7-10 days and is £10 per band.
