At Lavey London, each piece is handcrafted to order with care, meaning your jewellery is not just shipped, it is created especially for you. All shipping timeframes include our production times, which are clearly outlined at checkout.

UK Shipping

  • Orders under £150: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Orders over £150: Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar

  • Estimated delivery: Within 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your item has been shipped

If you need your order by a specific date, please choose express delivery at checkout and contact us via instant chat or at info@laveylondon.co.uk. We will always do our best to accommodate rush orders where possible.

International Shipping

We are proud to ship worldwide.

  • All international orders are shipped using a tracked service

  • Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 7-14 working days

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied upon arrival

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure about import fees.

Refunds

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. All of our pieces are carefully handmade to order, which helps us reduce waste and create with intention. For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds on made to order or personalised pieces.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@laveylondon.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

As items are made to order, we are unable to process standard exchanges. Please double-check all order details before purchasing. If there is an issue, please reach out to info@laveylondon.co.uk, and we will find a solution for you.

Ring Resizing

Ordered the wrong size? Don’t worry, we offer a ring resizing service for Lavey London customers:

  • Resizing takes 5–10 working days from dispatch to delivery

  • The service is £40 per band, including collection and return shipping
