Refund policy

At Lavey London, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. To minimise waste and reduce overproduction, all pieces are handmade to order with care and intention. As a result, we do not offer returns or refunds on made-to-order items.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email at info@laveylondon.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll review the issue promptly and do our best to make things right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and often customised nature of our work, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Made-to-order or personalised pieces (e.g. rings, custom designs, engraved items)

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
